This pretty fellow's name is Cookie and he's been at the Brookfield Zoo since someone donated him in 1934. He's at least 70 years old, even though he doesn't look it! The picture doesn't do him justice because in person, he is just a wonderful blend of white, peach and rose. I love avians and think they're just so wonderfully expressive. Cookie will be celebrating his birthday at the end of June and if you're in the area, they're actually having a little to-do for him, too, on the 30th.
