Pokemon Obsession #01
To help celebrate Pokemon Sword and Shield's Isle of Armor and the only redeeming factor of it including a Porygon, I've created a fun little series with
yoshigamer that started with this. A simple little idea of a person obsessing over shiny hunting so much they've filled boxes and boxes of the same Pokemon. As a result of her obsession... yeah.
So I developed that into an actual perk of the game. Fill 12 boxes of the same Pokemon, and you get a Pokemon part!
Which part? That's determined by a dice roll after the boxes are filled:
1: Ears/horns
2: Feet/legs
3: Tail/wings/accessory
4: Face/muzzle
5: Arms/hands
6: Torso/shoulders
No duplicates, meaning that additional rolls will reroll if it lands on something you already have. This means that if you fill the full 72 boxes, you become a full Pokemon. Minus the powers, because that would be unfair. No, you get this purely for cosmetics, with the bare minimum needed to actually survive. Eg: if you become magnemite, you can hover and float around but not fly.
Also, you can only do one Pokemon at a time. No mixing, unless you complete a Pokemon. Then you can start a new set of rolls with a different Pokemon and become a hybrid of the two. I know, sounds restrictive, but we need rules to keep games fair and interesting.
So I drew a whole bunch of these out featuring different Pokemon and different results. I colored in a few, and
yoshigamer will also be uploading a few he's coloring and improving.
But yeah, just a bunch of clean Pokemon transformation fun.
