When Bart was chatting with Vic about how he needed to get back to gaining some muscle after the quarantine, he wasn't expecting this much of a sudden result. Bart suspects Vic was up to no good after he felt a suspicious lump go down his throat while drinking his after-workout protein shake. Despite this sudden surprise, Bart is most likely enjoying it. :P
