I just got a little creative with this idea...
Set in the lawless walled Midnight city, not even the bravest of cops can stand it's anarchy. Think a modern Kowloon walled city. Yet an unlikely hero will rise and hungry for justice . Moxel jones, a fanged hybrid of raccoon and kangaroo that is that is the most geeky but friendliest chubby floof goofs you can meet. And even if his a herm is mostly use male pronouns to make his gender less confusing to others. Owning a comic shop on top of that, his like a genius in everything nerd culture. And he loves his macaroons X3. Yet when crime comes at his neighborhood, he become Operator 5. Based on the pulp fiction character by Frederick C. Davis. His personality changes being this hero. And even used colored contacts to hide his eyes of his identity. While being Operator 5 his a Cunning, sly and street smart, but has a moral compass. With his abilities from high jumping, persuasion a lubricated belly that slide past any narrow passages. He won't be hesitant to even consume criminals. If they are thieves and return the things they stole, he will let them out. But for murders and rapists, lets just say they will be his body fat in a few hours.
