Progress has been slwo because getting a face shield has been a pain in the ass

Other than shaping the polycarbonate, tinting and adding magnets to the visor it's all done so I figured I'd add it to here.

It has two coatings of poly acrylic to make it impact proof both on the inside and outside. Magnets to hold the lower face cover to make removal easy. And poly euthan over the paint to protect it.
