ScissorsRunner -Knira- Fursona Reference
I've always had some trouble when it comes to fursonas.
Mainyl because I could never see myself in what I "used" to represent me, it felt as if anything that I created was something else, like, just a character and not me.
Then, a few days ago I thought about my first ever fursona, Knira. She was just the lynx main character of a comic from ten years ago, but thinking back on it she was more than that, she was someone I could use to put -me- inside the world that I was creating. I began remembering when people used to call me Knira, back in the golden age of DeviantArt, and how it never felt wrong or fake when I replied to that call.
After that, I took out my "fursona", that weird hybrid of stuff I still don't know what the heck I was thinking when drawing it.
It was something and nothing at the same time, mainly because I had never referred to myself as a furry so I was at a bit of a disadvantage when designing something that should have represented my whole being. But the base was there: I didn't want an animal, I wanted something that could signify my start and my growth in all of its stages. And that's why the hybrid is my final choice.
I also took another approach to what I could "hybrid" the lynx with and then I remembered of this girl who used as a fursona what she saw herself in her dreams and thus this happened.
Dragon wings for flight, webbed tail and gills for underwater breathing, unicorn horn for teleportation, goat hooves for running, everything began making sense and now I am finally so happy to present to you ScissorsRunner, also known as Knira, the Unikitty Sabragon.
