So this is just a quick sketch of the Queenie villain Giovanni Falcone from my own personal story idea “The Cat’s Behind” that I drew just recently. So I hope you all like this and enjoy.

~ (Giovanni Falcone): Giovanni was essentially a foppish femboy Italian fascist Blackshirt for the Italian Empire during WW2 Who later move to Argentina after the war as he later became one of the biggest drug lord’s in South America, all while NEVER leaving his huge mansion in Buenos Aires, Argentina due to his old age & failing health!!! So essentially he’s a “Foppish Italian Fascist” mix between the Kingpin & Mr. Glass from Unbreakable!!!
