I had to fudge with the lighting in this image a little so you could better see the rhino...for some reason this shot turned out really dark despite having the flash on, :P. I am really surprised by the amount of black rhinos the Brookfield Zoo actually has. I counted at least half a dozen of them, which is absolutely wonderful. I have one other shot that I am not going to post, but it was taken from a scant three feet away. Promptly after that I backed up because rhinos spray their urine everywhere to mark their territory...as noted by the sign right next to the enclosure, :X. Anyway, enjoy my capture of a very endangered and beautiful creature.
