Welp when began working on the story 'A Felwinter Tale' at first it was supposed to be a reincarnated alien Fox girl in the world of the Elder scrolls with other crossover stories. Instead I decided to go with Legend of Zelda Ocarina of time due to two major reasons.
Reason one; It was easier to world build and prepare the MC than it was in the Elder scrolls world due to its (Sometimes) fucked up lore and dangerous people and creatures that inhabit the world. Zelda universe is a bit much tamer and easier to simply roll with it due to its flexibility of unknown histories, lore and enemies that I could literally make up new locations, monsters and quest without really breaking the lore of the game due to many mysteries Nintendo seems to love to make us trying to theorize and make sense of what we're looking at.
Reason two; Zelda was the first RPG game in my childhood that introduced the genre of rpg elements, to create your character and explore the wonders of the fantasy world that we honestly wouldn't be able to with our own world due to its own sets of problems.
So yeah that's pretty much why I decided to go with the Zelda Ocarina of Time instead, a rather good starting point of a fan beloved game, right?
Anyway this is a new cover that I decided to make as the last one... Didn't make me feel like it's connecting with the story, especially the beginning. But either way, I like this one a bit better than the other one, not that it's bad but eh.
