More Fanfic characters! Woo! Go me!

So this is Timothy Jones,  Ryutheweredragon's perosnal character./ I can't recall if he is related to to Casey jones at all or not. I just know he's turned into a mutant lion by the shredder and brainwashed into into doing his dirty work. Once he comes across the turtles, he gains his senses again, putting on a new tattoo over his id number: a symbol of a turtle shell over two cross blades. At the top of this symbol is a turtle's head. He bears it proudly wherever he goes.

His choice of weapon is the strange japanese weapon(at least to me it is) thw Kusarigama., a scythe and flail chained together. All right, well onwards to my next picture!
