I'll most likely try it with chicken first, or some sort of fish if I'm feeling REALLY bold, heh. I don't do much red meat myself anymore (despite once being an avid lover of sirloin steaks, cheeseburgers, etc...strange, no?) but for this, I might make an exception. Dang...I'm not even hungry and I really wanna try the marinade when you get that plum wine marinade figured out!
You've got me wanting to make some katsudon now....and maybe some fried rice to go with....gaaaah you're killin' me! LOL Maybe I'll make some crab rangoon later this week with all the above...or go simple and make some beef and mushroom stir fry....SO MANY OPTIONS
