This week will officially be Marley Week!

Marley is a boston terrier who was born August 3rd, 2008. I took this portrait of him today while playing on the deck!

He's going into surgery this Wednesday. He's cryptorchid, and he needs to have a special neutering procedure done. His previous owner became very ill, and couldn't care for him anymore. She loved him very much, and took very good care of him, but long hours in hospitals left him at home for too long by himself.

I adopted Marley from her, and he's been a wonderful companion. He makes little zebra noises when he's sleeping (which is funny). He kicks up grass after he does his business and he loves playing ball and tug-of-war. I've trained him to sit, be a gentleman, go through, downstairs, in your bed, lay down, make a circle and get that!

He's such a good boy. I just had to share him with everyone.
