Tornado sirens have always sounded like some sort of howling dog to me, so figured "why not make a character out of that"?
So here we have a SKWRN Mobile Unit, 5020B model. This unit's ID is FS33, but in their post apocalyptic present, some just call them 'Threes'.
However, when it was made, their unit's handler called them Nex. Though, like the handler and the world as it was, none remain that know that name.
Most don't even know that the Units were originally made to protect - now they're seen as nothing more than harbingers of doom.
