It's no secret that Roug loves fighting, being both a wrestler and a street fighter, but sometimes he can't help but notice that some big guys keep picking on those who can't defend themselves, because of that Roug has kind of become a bit of a vigilante, stoping those who pick on the smaller peeps, using his wrestler name Rampage Raptor, he patrols the late-night streets keeping an eye on those who do wrong. This ended landing him an interview with some peeps, who decided to feature him in the new magazine The Vigilante Scoop, bringing you all the hero, vigilante, etc, information straight to you.
