For some of you who know me, I tend to run games for my friends, one of which is a D20 Modern game. While formulating a plot for my players, I found the Dimensional Horror creature in the D20 Modern Menace Manual book. Did not really think much about the Creature picture...until I read the desciption of the monster and thought that was not right. The following is how it type in the Book:

A dimensional horror resembles a praying mantis, though it is broader and much more fearsome. Its black and purple carapace rises high over its shoulders to shield its head, which is a nest of eyestalks, pincers, and tentacled, toothy mouths. From either side of this squirming mass juts a massive, scythelike arm covered with sharp tines and hooklike blades of chitin. The creature’s sawlike legs extend from a thick knot of gleaming, black muscle that hangs beneath its lower body.

With that said, which look more like the Description? Now I know my Picture is NOT perfect, but seem more like the description then the image try to do. Figure for you RPG nerds out there, Call out, may enjoy an reimagine art for the Dimensional Horror monster :)
