Welcome this guy to my collection of Pokemon characters. I've been wanting a new Pokemon for awhile but something more friendly and cheerful. However, don't try and pull away his "thunder" because he does get jealous sometimes. This can lead to him being grumpy which sometimes leads to mini tantrums or "getting in your way" until you notice him again. He loves berries, belly pets and obviously electrical storms.

Although Lugia and Flygon are not an electric type I thought it'd be fun to make this guy part electric. His electricity is blue and the antennas are where the energy charges up before an attack. Although he has a friendly disposition don't get in his path when he's readying an attack. It can be very lethal. Most of that stored up strength comes from the Lugia side of the fusion.
