Chrysm are the manifestation of natures power In a crystallized forms.This happens when special magic absorbing minerals fuse with the surrounding elements. Magic an none magic users are able to access to the elements held inside for what ever purpose but the Chrysm only has a limited life span depending on the size. Gene's are special Chrysm's that absorbed the spirits of fallen Dragons. Only Dragonhalves can unlock these Gene's an use their true powers. The Dragonhalf is able to transform into the Dragon that was caught by the crystal an is able to use all its power. Unlike regular Chrysm's, Gene's are permanent an can be used many times.


I will explain in better detail soon just wanted to show one of Ryu's abilities.
