Here is another character I just got done making before I head to bed. This is Fishbones he a cat who's always drunk and gets high of the smell of fish.

Fishbones's Personality:

Note: He was slightly inspired by Gideon the cat from Pinocchio. He also doesn't talk but he does make hiccup sounds here and there. When he is high on fish he will have hypno eyes.
