Oh how frustrating. you know those moments where you go to take a picture of an animal, and you get them perfectly in the frame only to have them move forward and just out of the frame too close to get a proper picture of them. It's especially frustrating with Ruby Red cats.

Done on a 2.5" by 3.5" card. It was drawn in traditional pen and ink, then colored with prisma colored markers. After that it was shaded with water color paint, and the details were finished with white acrylic ink on bristol paper.
