totoko, an orikero who's also like a demigod for hell (.. demidemon? just a demon lol) + kapika (puppet) + bazaza who is dead. totoko being above mortals is why their name is formatted as AAB as opposed to ABB; it is to signify that they are not normal in comparison to other keronian (.. despite the fact my canonical gods and angels follow the ABB format).
