Sparro is a former friend of Arcadius's, and was personally invited to Naradno as new space opened up across the island. He's a jock, and a very energetic one at that. Though his short attention span, immaturity, and hyperactive nature may make him seem childish he's by no means a child, and he's always sure to remind people of that whenever they doubt him or his abilities.
