MEMORANDUM:
1. Before re-launching The Get Along Gang we shall first determine that an audience for said property exists and that a significant number of potential licensees will touch it with a 10 metre flagstaff.
2. We shall not waste several years and tens of thousands of dollars filing dozens of trademark applications that stand no chance of being carried through. We could use the money elsewhere and Uncle Sam doesn't take kindly to being bullshitted.
3. The phrase "Coming Soon!" shall not appear on our teaser site until a launch date has been finalised and said date is no more than one calendar month away.
4. Any prospective film or TV production company that wishes to adapt "The Get Along Gang" for entertainment purposes shall first demonstrate that they are up to the job, to our complete satisfaction. If they can't, they will not be awarded the contract. (See Below)
5. We shall not, under any circumstances, trust Richard Rich and/or his accomplices to direct the above mentioned film/tv show. Doing so last time was a costly error of judgment, on a par with allowing Gary Glitter to host "Prank Patrol" and Josef Mengele to run a Well Woman clinic.
6. Any major changes we make to said property and its mythos shall be explained with an entertaining and well crafted backstory with no loose ends or inconsistencies.
7. If it becomes necessary to abort the relaunch we shall announce this in public, giving credible reason/s for doing so. We shall not sweep the project's ashes under the rug when we think nobody's looking and pretend it never happened.
