Washed over by enthusiasm, the blue giant lifted the arch of his foot above the now puny scientist. Although he initially wanted to pin him underneath his massive sole, the frequent reduction in size gave him a more devilish idea. With a little muscle flex, he slammed his foot back down, trapping his nemesis beneath his big toe. Sonic let out an amused chuckle, the fact that the ant-sized man was twitching around in panic just made it a lot more satisfying. It was a nice change for once, being the tall individual in this rivalry relationship. Despite his natural size, Robotnik never managed to put the blue blur into a small position, he was constantly getting beaten by him after all. But Sonic would turn the tables around regardless of that, it was about time the madman was put into his place. "Hah, you're not even a match for my toes. Maybe we should call you Bugnik from now on, hmm?" the giant laughed while slowly lifting his entire foot off his insignificant rival. "Ya know what happens to bugs that sneak into my home? They get the big blue stomping on 'em!" he began wiggling his gargantuan toes above the scared runt. Sonic wasn't intending to stomp on him, yet. He merely wanted to chase him around, threatening him with his colossal foot would certainly encourage him to run as if his life was on the line.
