Got a little update for some changes that are happening to my patreon. The biggest one is the introduction of a new tier, one that offers personalized feedback.
It's still in a testing-the-waters phase, so i've kept it at 2 available slots for now but that might change. If you would like to have someone take a look at a painting of yours and tell you what your next steps might be then this might be the right place for you.
Of course do keep in mind the type of art i do myself ,so i might not exactly be the best authority on cartoon characters for example.
Other changes are in the 10$ tier, which now includes access to those feedback videos/written critiques instead of the video tutorial that was included before.
So yep, maybe that's something interested so do feel free to take a look, and of course thank you very much for everyone who might join up! :)

So you are a tier-based form of free Marco Bucci YouTube videos? Or is it like his personal attention to paid training art students? will you offer non-Photoshop CC $30/month help in other painting platforms, or are you Photoshop CC only? (Photoshop CC is Photoshop CS 6 which is no longer offered as a stand-alone purchase instead adobe wants 102 times the amount you would pay for a one-off program over several years). I am buying a Photoshop CS 6 in another month in an unopened state from a supplier, I currently use the stripped-down Photoshop version of Paint Tool SAI, since I own it. (I cannot afford to pay $160 dollars a year for a program that went for $200 dollars total a few years ago.)
It's a personalized critique, so somneone would give me their painting/study/whatever and i'll return a video or written+paintover critique of what i think could be done better, what they might need to keep in mind, learn etc. Could be something more broad, or more pointed too, if for example they want to focus on anatomy or what have you.
As for program, i work in photoshop but it's not really about specific program advice but about art advice. Program advice might come in too if it fits (shortcuts to create certain effects) but it isn't the focus.

This isn't a bad idea!
It's a cool way to get to interact with other aspiring artists that have the means to actually get some advice from an artist they obviously enjoy. Granted the whole starving artist thing might mean that those that have the means are few but I hope it goes well. owo

Thank you, yeah I like to think that it could offer everyone something of value. Some pointers for what someone might need to tackle and what to look out for, and on my end a bit of a change of pace here and there :D
But yes, either way i don't expect it to be rushed into the ground. We'll see.
