I love Dragons!
They have such a wonderful character. Good choice of name too!
Fantastic work as usual!
I like the little ridges on the tail/stomach, and the style of pose, It's rather cute.
Beautiful work on the hands and feet as well! They look Just right for the character!
The wings are an obvious eye catcher though! As they no doubt should be, the small details you added using the lighter color really helps with imagining what they must feel like and give a good sense of grandeur to the character!
But per usual my favorite part of your work is in the faces and expression.
A very soft, loving feeling is given by this, which I wonder if it reflects the persons idea personality of this character! The character screams approachable, through the way you've drawn them.

Thank you kindly! I tried my best, wanted to make her chubby a bit and cute ;w; Like a soft, winged blue marshmallow. Glad to read that she looks like that!
