Seems like about once every other year, I remember this guy exists... and 2015 was one of those years.
This is Louis, the traveling bard. Singer, storyteller, magician, hypnotist, and general entertainer.
He's skilled at illusions, card tricks, slight of hand and various "parlor tricks", and hypnosis. While he is very kind and friendly, he does enjoy making a fool of those who are skeptical of his skills by calling them up on stage and subjecting them to his various tricks, taking a bit of delight in their shock and confusion as he guesses the card they drew from the deck, reads their minds, even hypnotizing them into acting like fools for the amusement of his audience.
Available for all manner of social events and get-togethers.

Thank you very much! I really haven't done as much as I could--or should--do with him. Part of what limits his usefulness as a character is what world he's part of, I suppose, although he's definitely open for non-canon crossover fun! Within canon, though, I can see his favorite targets being the ever-dopey Henry Redmane, who barely needs any convincing to keep his eye on the watch, and Chance Whitefang, who would be trying to figure out his various tricks and secrets, to find out how they *really* work... and he might just get some first-hand experience someday!
