DYING ALONE was the Inktober prompt for this piece.
Charlie did not know that he was bit.
Late night runs by his cabin was a great way to build up his endurance for the big space flight he was going to be in.
Even after a small fall into the bushes after tripping over some dark patch of...something in the foilage did not get him down...he was going to be on the moon after all!!!!
The last week before taking off he did feel a little feverish-but after the doctors said he was more than fit to head up-he did not think any more of it....until later when it was too late.
His face crushing against the astronaut helmet -so much so that it actually split from sheer force-thus instantly killing himself as his lungs blood sucked right out of him and his body froze in the minus 200 degree cold of space,...floating totally alone a world away from home....
,..his last thought-I cannot believe Im a werewo!!!!
