big fear stuff.
been hesitating about sharing this. worried somebody may see this then also be too scared to talk to somebody about their problems.
but i hope by sharing this, i can show someone they are not alone with this fear. Maybe that can help prepare them to trust somebody with those issues.
i hope so. I'm so scared of talking to anybody about stuff for various reasons. This picture here shows two of those.

I've been in a similar situation all week :( I have issues, but nobody to talk to about them. Trust, fear of ridicule or disgust I cant handle those kinds of reactions now. I'm starting to fall apart. The ear of a interested stranger can sometimes help, as there is no fear of judgement to ones family and friends. penny for your thoughts?
i'm not a great communicator either. words are hard but pictures are harder i guess. go figure~
i don't know how much i can help but i have a discord server with many kind and gentle people. They may be able to help you more than i can. if you're interested, here's the link https://discord.gg/UYwC63

The stigma and fear about discussing mental health definitely has a lot to do with those statements. Whether we say them in our own head or hear it from others, there's nothing worse than having all of your feelings blown off with a two-word sentence.
I've been dealing with depression, Autism, and ADHD my entire life, and I want anyone who's reading this to know that your voice needs to be heard. People love you, and there's always a way to find the right help from the right people.

They say that the true sign of strength is not just knowing you have a issue, but it's when you tell someone you have an issue (I think I got that right). It's hard to talk to people because you never know what they're going to say back. And I understand that completely. There are plenty of people out there however, that will not only listen to what you have to say, but will do what they can to help you.
I'm usually this way all the time. I tell a few of my friends, and they know, but some in the mlp fandom blocked me and tell others and witch hunt me. I've heavily snapped, so I decided to stay to myself. Since then, i've just had a full blown folder of hate here and there. But hope you're okay..
I hope this also helps make people remember that talking as if someone's depression is a "cAsE oF tHe MoNdAyS" is a really stupid thing to do as it only makes people bottle up even more.
If someone is talking to you about their problems, then they consider you important enough to support them. Don't spit on that respect.
