We went out for a round of fursuit mini-golf at the Milpitas Golfland here in the San Francisco Bay Area yesterday and had a great time. The event was organized by Leo the Lion who can be seen in the back row on the far right. You can see the rest of my photos from the event over here:

Looks like you had fun, but honestly, when you guys do this sort of thing, and then wonder why we now have to deal with Anti-Furry Coalitions, it makes me wonder. Fursuits are fine at conventions and requested outtings, but for this type of thing, I can't help but think it might have been better to stick with ears and a tail at most.
That's just not the case. The other people playing mini golf thought it was fun, in fact it took like 2 hours to play the course cause everyone else wanted their picture taken with the fursuiters. The management of the place knows us and lets us come back regularly. It's a positive thing all way round.
