Quite a vulnerable situation for Asgore, though hopefully it's just some mischievous animated vines that want to distract him with a few foot tickles and not a prelude to wrapping around him and unleashing a full scale full body tickling. Though he could be strong enough to break free if he's not too ticklish but I think he's in trouble.
