Captain or not, Nikolai isn't getting off easy when he isn't ready for inspection. It doesn't exactly seem fair to let him get away with the exact same things he's going to punish those under his command for.
Maybe scrubbing the bathroom floors in his very colorful shorts will keep him from turning into another Rollo. At least he gets to use a rag and not a toothbrush!

Well, he *is* the one that decided to make Rollo march around in nothing but his underwear outside just for not being dressed on time, we can't let him get away with the same thing!
At least Nikolai isn't being paraded around base in nothing but his boxers--although it looks like he could use the exercise!
