Here is a close of Alan's adorable face. The whole design was nearly 80 pieces stitched together, with half of the pieces in the head. It was a lot of work to get it right; a few prototypes didn't work out to well (and learning what a seam allowance was was important...). I'm especially happy with how the teeth came out, though a lot of folks have commented they stick out a lot. I don't care, I like them.
