Not gonna lie, I'm kinda disappointed that this is ultimately going in a macro direction. I was very much enjoying him getting bigger muscles and showing off his strength, turning anthro and such. But I never really "get" the whole macro thing, despite the explanations. Seeing him demolish much larger objects while in a non-macro size is (IMHO) sexier than him being as big as a building while demolishing it because it greatly highlights the strength of his muscles when he's not a macro. It just doesn't have the same impact when he's as big as a building as well. I'm not trying to knock the whole macro thing outright. Just saying that it seems this comic was at its best for me personally when he first transformed into an anthro. At the very least, I was thinking we'd see him have fun with his new body at "normal" size for a while. Thought he'd be flexing his muscles a bit (especially his biceps), but instead he's going macro.
I guess it is what it is. I'm not knocking your choice to go this route. Just saying that I'm disappointed that you skipped over a good opportunity to let him have some fun in his new anthro form for a bit before he transforms further (macro). That all being said, I'll still check out the remainder of the comic as it's posted.

Ok! Here's an answer that doesn't sound passive aggressive:
First, I'm sorry you didn't like the story in the end, especially seeing how you liked it at the beginning. Yes, it was planned that Umbreon would turn macro as he was already existing before the comics was planned. Of course, I absolutely love too the "small but powerful", I would have loved doing much more destruction in his feral state and just after anthro but when I see how long it takes to just make one page and how it was delaying all the other projects, I gave up this part to focus on the most important thing: telling the backstory of Umbreon.
One thing I would love one day if I got the time (what I don't have so far due to personal reasons) is making a story about him wrecking stuff in his feral state. God I would love that. But I already know it won't be the same quality as The Science of Bigness in terms of execution to save time, which bother me because I hate not taking time to make things look great.
Anyway, thanks for being honest with me!

My favorite part up to this point was the feral form growing stronger and bigger, I thougt he was going to become an even bigger feral one more time before becoming anthro. I loved seeing him unaffected by the steel beam and even playing with it~ It kinda makes me happy that you would enjoy more of that too, because I thought you wouldn't do feral more often. This jolteon would love to see more strong feral growth and playtime!
There are a lot of things I would have loved to do in his feral state, but the fact that a single page was taking me 20~30h to make was crumbling a lot of ambitions, so again "focus on main story". Actually many people told me that their favorite part was the feral one, so that would be stupid to get rid of him. Doing another comics of Umbreon is not one of my priority so far due to real life problems but there will be one, I'm thinking of teaming up with a writer to make stuff easier but don't expect a full color comics, I'll do it easier for my planning and my shoulder.
