Nice idea alternating between panels and improvising what you drew. I haven't seen this done before so it's seems like a cool way of doing it.
As for the text being hard to read I guess it can be difficult to write using a graphics tablet.
The comic itself is quite funny, it seems to have turned out really well even if you have only drawn it in a short amount of time.
