'A heraldic charge is a supernatural beast who represents the spirit of a country, and typically a protector of the royal family line.
However, since the age of kingdoms is long since lost, this particular charge is somewhat of a stray animal. Treated as a nuisance, he is constantly trying to convince 'young warriors' to attempt to claim their right to the throne of his kingdom.
This would be an extremely poor decision, since his kingdom does not exist anymore. Any promises of glory, fortune and fame should be disregarded and it's best to ignore him.'
