Considering the FACCC's recent journal on sandwiches this seemed very appropriate. This one is a cheese lovers delight with golden brown homemade fries on the side from the kitchens of ainoko

I decided to revisit the egg sandwich once again, this time with the proper ingredients as well as a different side.
Ingredients:
Eggs (for you rednecks out there cackleberries) = 3-4
1 Large tomato sliced
1 head of iceberg lettuce
Pepper-jack cheese
Monterrey Jack Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
1 sweet onion sliced
pepper
garlic
Potato Bread
Butter
1 potato
Procedure:
Peel and slice potato into planks, fries, spirals, etc of your choice. Wash and place into a small bowl while oil is heating to 400 degrees.
place 1/4tbsp butter into a small sauce pan and melt over medium heat. Once the butter has melted, place eggs in pan to cook. Once the eggs are cooking, carefully dump your fries into the hot oil, stirring occasionally to keep from sticking, cooking to desired doneness.
Slice tomato, onion and lettuce. Toast potato bread to desired darkness. Place toasted bread on plate, spreading miracle whip on the bread, layer lettuce, eggs, cheese, lettuce, tomato(s) and remaining slice of bread, seasoning to taste with pepper and garlic.
Remove the fries from the oil, placing onto napkins to catch oil drippings and place on plate next to the sandwich.
Enjoy.
