Recipe for FACCC
Ingredients
100g chocolate (Works best with white)
100g condensed milk
225g sugar
225g Butter (unsalted works best)
350g Self Raising Flour
Recipe
1) Mix the flour and sugar together, making sure there's no lumps
2) Add the butter and mix until white and fluffy
3) Add the condensed milk stirring as you go
4) Chop up the chocolate and add it to the mixture.
5) Remove the mixture from the bowl (it should be easily formable into a ball now)
6) Roll the mixture into a sausage shape and wrap in clingfilm
7) Place the clingfilm wrapped sausage into the fridge for 1hour or more
8) remove dough from fridge and slice into cookie sized shapes. (each one shoudl be .5-1cm thick)
9) place in the oven at 180 degrees gas mark 6 for up to 20 minutes until light brown
10) leave them to cool
11) enjoy
