I wouldn't say you failed on this. The only thing that looks off is the chest/shoulders area. The belly, legs, and head look perfect. I particularly like the pose and those big legs. Murrrr....big legs are one of my favorites. >^.=.^<

I'm still working on feral anatomy and this character is feral, but its just something to work on.
And they had some thick legs in the reference they gave me so I though I'd try to eventuate it! ^=^
