Forsythia Ref Sheet
Name: Forsythia
Species: Succulent Fox
Gender: Female
Birthday: ?
Height: 4'6 (1m40)
Occupation: Guide
Succulent foxes are a relative of the fennec and live in arid steppes, and use their camouflage to look like the area's vegetation. They are quite small, and have evolved to primarily feed on the plants they get their name from. Their fur allows them to be perfectly camouflaged when curled up, and they even smell like agave to reinforce the illusion. As they are curious and rather docile by nature, tribes in the area have been keeping them as pets for centuries, using their keen senses and cunning to find water sources and even rare plants they make their dyes from. In modern times, they make for rare but highly appreciated exotic pets that can thrive in any environment, not just arid.
Forsythia (Tia for short), named like this after her bright hair, is one such succulent fox, made into a domestic hybrid with a few enhancements. She often says that her previous owner was a rich but lonely man, introverted, and as such wanted his new 'pet' to be playful, cuddly and teasing. On top of that, this good-looking vixen is fully capable of safely devouring someone and releasing them at will. Their size doesn't matter a whole lot. In addition to her natural sweet smell, she also tastes just as good, to the point where roles might be reversed and she could spend a night inside of someone else. Forsythia ended up in Kjarisk after moving away from her homeland, desiring to leave the dryness and sorrow behind - and see snow for the first time. She loves the region so much, in fact, that she now works part time as a city and hiking tour guide.
