Recognised as a man of honour yet feared by many, The first duke of Jion has transformed his capital into a centre of learning and art. Jaded by the constant wars that raged on the continent throught his career as a mercenary captain and later on, a warlord, Rorgonne of Jion has devoted his latter half of his reign to build rather than to destroy. He is undergoing a quest to undo his perceived wrongdoings and regrets with the use of his acquired regional power.
