A rare three-character day for me. Flea, Snavely, and Mouse get together to discuss Howland Owl's plan to send some of them into space, and things like that. They're generally opposed. Flea's lack of face detail is from the original strip and it probably matters much less at the tiny size of a newspaper comic, even one from 1958. Mouse similarly has an unusually low-feature face this panel. I kind of like it. Once again I used the brush tool to fill in Mouse's jacket and hat, and Snavely's hat, and I think I'm sold on this as the correct way to do things. I like the way the log looks, but I also really really like how Snavely's body is shaped with a 20-point tapering outline like that.
