These characters arent really connected it just seemed easier to let both dogs that needed refs share a ref. They do meet at some point though.

Visual description: The picture is made up of two ref sheets of young puppies. On the viewers left is Ruby, a red nosed pitbull mix, shes not a purebred but theres no guessing what else is in her she mostly looks like a pitbull pup. Red nosed is a type of pitbull her nose actually looks to be a reddish brown, similar to most of the rest of her, but just slightly darker. A much darker red brown is striped through her fur faded in and an almost black grey is textured in lightly making little stripes that blend in. Her muzzle is a darker grayer red brown. She has creamy white markings as well, her right front paw and back left paw and tail tip almost look like they were dipped in creamy white paint. Which also looks like her left ear was dipped in it and some was spilled over the bend in her right ear. She has a sort of traingler marking in the color from the tip at her forehead widening down at her muzzle. She has a creamy white underbelly as well and faded creamy white markings just above each sad brown eye. She sits with her tail held low to the viewers left facing mostly foward but slightly towards the viewers tighter shoulder haunched slightly, head held down her short ears go outward slightly before they bend down. Her big sad looking brown eyes look up to the viewers right. Her expression looks nervous and sad.
Above her it says Ruby in her fur color with creamy white marks on the top left of the R and bottom of the Y and bottom right of the b. Her color palette is below her, the three colors making her base fur color are the first in the color palate layered over eachother making a target shape.
To the viewers right is the much smaller puppy snow. Shes a maltese west highland terrier (westie) mix. Shes white as snow hence her name, and super fluffy. She lays facing the viewers left but slightly foward her little tail and head held up, her ears are short and fluffy and droop down. Her nose is grey black and her blue eyes look up to the viewers right playfully . Her muzzle is open appearing to smile showing her little pink tounge. Snow is much smaller than ruby.
Her three color palate of near white near black and blue is beneath her and her name is above her in white.

Behind both dogs is a blue background the bottom shaded darker blue top shined in lighter blue. This is a flat color picture so only the eyes and background are shaded and shined.



While both characters share names with characters from the same tv show, only ruby was intentionally named after the character who's name she shares. Snow was not shes named for her white fur and the connection between snow and water, there more detail to how she got that name but that's the basic idea.
