Part of a small freelance illustration project. I was asked to draw two illustrations of some of the anthropomorphic races for a fantasy setting in Alpha Chronicles.
This is a Secotah, a ratlike race. I wanted one of the two illustrations to be a mage/spellcaster of sorts, and the Secotah seemed to be well suited for the look. I like how the staff turned out.
