Depends. In Modern Hebrew it's "ah". In medieval Hebrew (when the vowels were codified) it's more like "aw".

Mind you, for quite a lot of Americans 'ah' /ɑ/ or /a/ and 'aw' /ɔ/ have merged, so that distinction might not help much. ;)

Actually, the medieval pronunciation as codified in the Tiberian Masoretes, was like "aw" - /ɔː/. This became /ɔː/ in Yemenite Hebrew, /a/ in Sephardi Hebrew, and /o/ in Ashkenazi Hebrew.
