All except one of my fursona forms are female because In Real Life I am female, but I'm not very culturally feminine, and I guess I don't have much biographical info on my profile here, so it's not surprising you thought I was a guy.

It does. there is a long story as to how I came to be called that, but it's not an interesting story. It was originally short For Joleena, before I started calling myself Jadis, My DeviantArt name is Jadis Of Eternity, or JOE for short. I also went by Jay for a long time in RL. my legal name is Ruth which is really really really boring IMO.

the name Jo in my fursona is also related to the mother of one of the main Chars in the novel I am writing, her name is Josarenae Harridaen, but she is called Jo.

lol hope your not mad at me for not being what you thought. I had a friend on DA I thought was a guy for several months before she posted a self portrait.^^;
