So Five Nights at Freddy's was a thing at one point... I remember really digging the aesthetics/art style of the game, but the gameplay itself didn't engage me for very long.
That didn't stop me from wanting to draw my own creepy stage animatronics, though!

I ended up designing quite a few of them--and drawing them was actually pretty important to my artistic growth.

Eventually, I wound up doing my own thing with the designs, taking them from FNAF fan characters to an actual canon part of my universe. Their gimmick was that their old, quirky programming and computer systems had sort of just evolved into giving them their own distinct personalities over their years in service, absorbing the personalities of the cartoon characters they portrayed but also developing their own idiosyncrasies and character quirks. And, they loved messing with the overnight workers, partly out of boredom, but mostly so they could just have some time to themselves when the place shut down at night!
