Once more I've come up with yet another alien species. This Jex. He's a young Sheeka. His species evolved on a nearly earth sized moon in orbit of a hot Jupiter type planet. His species are primarily carnivorous. Most of their diet is meat of some sort. Most common plants eaten are fruits. They evolved from feline like predators on their homeworld. Due to the odd orbital mechanics of their system and the positioning of their home along with the other moons their world gets much less daylight then earth. The average day night cycle there has night time lasing about 12 hours while daylight last only only 7 hours with 6 Hours of twilight. They have a 25 hour rotational cycle. Due to this vast difference many species on their world have adapted to be nocturnal Included the Sheeka although they tend to operate during the night and twilight. Technologically they're a space fairing species but have only had FTL(Faster then Light) systems for just over a century. They tend to have a pack mentality and their instincts are fairly strong but usually this simply makes for better focus on the task at hand. Sheeka have very good vision. Their eyes can absorb every scrap of light available and in pitch black conditions they can still see due to a bioluminesence in their eyes that they can turn on and off. They have very strong jaws and are agile as well although they aren't the strongest or fastest predators on their planet. Their intelligence gave them the advantage however. They tended to hunt in groups and use spears and various other bladed weapons to aid in bringing down their prey. They primarily used ambush tactics against prey but could also run down slower animals or out pace them in the long haul. But hunting in their current culture is now more of a leisure activity or in some cases a right of passage as they long ago learned to farm many animals. Socially they tend to be rather open. They accept for who they are. Their view is that nature does not make mistakes. You are as nature intends. Although this is not to ay they look down on technology they see it as merely their extension and emulation of nature.

Jex here is a rather young Sheeka living in one of their sea side cities. He's quite smart and a good athlete. He's on special sports team in his school. NestBall. Essentially it involves stealing a ball from the defending team and successfully returning it to your own "nest" without being tagged by the other team. Jex is quite good at it knowing when to keep the ball and when to quickly toss it to a team mate. He's quite a confident and happy individual. As for the diaper well it's common practice for males to wear in their culture specially due to those from the forest region originally like Jex here. OH and as for those wondering about dress code. Sheeka tend to be fairly lax in it. Clothing is primarily functional or ornamental. So for someone like Jex a diaper is all you really need. For a female or male that doens't wear usually it's just a brief type garment or loin cloth type thing of some sort although females doe tend to wear some sort of top as well. Most commonly an ornamental cloth wrapped around the chest.
