Don often drags Rigby wherever he pleases and it's often a bar. This is the first time it happened and the kid's freaking out about being arrested just for being in there. Knowing Walker, he would. I'm not sure what it'd fall under, but he'd make up a law on the spot. Then again, I'm sure any pig would want to arrest him anyway-
