It's dangerous for micros to fall in love with norms. You never know the true intentions of any large one, nor how they would react. A norm that's amicable to fellow norms is rarely the same to a micro.

Micros just...don't belong in their world. They can never find a place among the large ones.

Yet some try anyway. Some even fall in love, foolishly thinking they could ever hold a place in a norm's heart. When the gaze falls upon them and the smirk spreads across the norm's face, the poor micro's fate, whatever it may be, is sealed.

For every micro's life is lived by the whims of norms.
