Spice up your life Korean style with this chicken and squash sensation from the kitchens of korkem

This IS NOT a traditional Korean recipe but rather something i made up.
1 large chicken breast sliced thin
1/2 large yellow squash
1/4 yellow onion
2 Table spoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon ginger
1 tablespoon Korean red pepper paste (adjust this to taste)
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
I was in a creative mood tonight and came up with this based on things i have in my refrigerator. i realize not everyone keeps Korean red pepper paste just lying around but its easy to make. to prepare mix all ingredients in a large bowl, let set for 15 min, then cook in a frying pan (no oil required) for 15-20 min (I cook on a hotplate so cooking time may very)
pictured here along side kimchi, recommended served with rice and kimchi.
